MY Story of stuff...

Speaking of the "story of stuff," here's some stuff to ponder. Of all the stories being passed along on the planet Earth, how many are true? How many are agenda driven? The book "the story of stuff" was intended to replace books like the Bible, The Koran and writings such as the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution. Could someone please tell me how people who fart every time they speak could pull of replacing some of the most influential writings in Human history? Had I written"the Story of Stuff" I would not have bit off more than I could chew, or try to convince the world that breathing will destroy the Planet. My "Story of stuff" would probably just give my perspective on stuff. For instance.. the "green" movement is almost the pinnacle of human hipocrisy. It the only think I find more hipocritical than "green" is the notion that the USA is still the "land of the free." It is now the land of the free handouts for those that do nothing. We also have a fundamentally transformed "justice" system. the only rule is it's "just us" that should apologize to and pay for everything any non-American citizen thinks they deserve. It is ironic that little Al Gore's rise in politics was financed through illegal strip mining permits big daddy Gore gave to his pals in the pre 1970s Tennessee political "good ol' boys" mafia. Ask Fred Thompson who as a young prosecutor brought that group down. There was not enough evidence to prosecute little Al. Ironically, as the Goracle has made billions making crap movies, writing idiotic books, propagandizing the kids in the "green Hitler youth movement" and jetsets in his Gulfstream G3 (i think) around the world trying to tell people to sacrifice their livelihoods to save the planet, the ecosystem in parts of Tennessee is just now recovering from the Goracle family's exploitation. Now the good folks in Arizona have decided that they want their State and our Nation back and most Americans agree. The idea of restoring law and order and having a society free of kidnapping and human or drug trafficking is lunacy. For that we are "teabagging" racist nazis. Speaking of bags, I hope WE THE PEOPLE keep making those incumbent lifetime politicians who made this mess pack their bags (tea or otherwise) and join the masses in the unemployment lines. Then maybe they might have a different attitude about illegals taking jobs, sucking the economy dry and making things like driving far more dangerous and standing in line at the store take far longer. Now Calderone, the mexican drug cartel leader stands before a combined IQ of .0083 on Crapitol Hill and says we have no right to close our border...while anyone crossing into the failed state formerly known as Mexico is either jailed or shot. Of course, our immigration policy is a big fat joke...just like the guy we are told is the president is an illegal alien and should be deported, and his big fat wookie wife is not exactly native either (to Earth that is). Think about it; Chewbacca Obama looks like something that should be kept at Area 51 in Roswell NM instead of the White House, right? It's no wonder Mr. Karzai the leader of Afganistan is saying he's going to join the Taliban, after all BHO is a card carryng member himself and Karzai wants to stay on "our" good side. The biggest shame of it all is the White House chefs spend more time cooking crack cocaine than cooking food. So you go right on thinking we are the "land of the free" and I will sell you a mexican glacier for a dollar (or 3 billion pesos). The real question here is "am I joking or am I serious?"

So, Following up on Yesterday’s Post,  Puerto Rico – A New State full of Potential Progressive Voters, the House voted In Favor, including 50 of our closest allies  (Distance is relative, remember, Mars is the next closest planet to earth but still a long long… long way from us) the Republicans, to ‘reaffirm’ Puerto Rico’s right to self determination.  A right they have had for six decades now. Let me be clear® I am not against Puerto Rico becoming a State, not if that is really what the People IN –IN-Puerto Rico want.  Heck, it looks like it would be just an abs-o-lutely fantastic place to visit: The article below is actually from a LeftStreamMedia Source and it almost tells the whole story, of course without any outrage over the bills most ridiculous affront to common sense and ethics to come out of Washington, well in at least the last 24 hours:

Bitter debate ensues as House approves bill that could move Puerto Rico to statehood

  The House on Thursday approved a bill that could move Puerto Rico to statehood - exposing a rare and bitter rift between New York members from the island territory.

Bronx Democratic Rep. Jose Serrano ( THIS GUY is one of the worst, he is the one that always pushes the bill to remove presidential term limits) backed the measure, calling it a vital step to ending colonial rule, even as his usual ally, Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-Brooklyn) blasted it as a "disgrace," "shameful" and "appalling." (thank you for that, Nydia)

The measure offers Puerto Rico - a U.S. territory for 112 years - a two-step vote.

The first would ask whether Puerto Ricans -

including those living in the States - like the current territorial commonwealth status or if they want change.

If the vote is for change, a second vote would ask what change they want.

"For the first time in 112 years, the Congress of the United States will ask the 4 million American citizens (A huge Liberal Voting Bloc) in Puerto Rico what they wish their relationship to the United States to be," said Serrano.

Velazquez and Harlem Rep. Charlie Rangel, whose father was Puerto Rican, said the measure was a backdoor move to a statehood vote on the island that has failed three times in the past. –OH MY GOD, Charlie Rangel said something bordering on common sensical…  I expect to see unicorns any moment now…

"It is baffling that the statehood option, which lost in 1967, in 1993 and again in 1998, is now allowed to scheme its way to victory," Velazquez said.

Before the debate, the bill had offered three options for change: statehood, independence or an independent "free association" like three other former U.S. territories.

Velazquez argued that if keeping the current status was no longer on the ballot, statehood - always the second choice in the past - would win by default.

She favors a Puerto Rican constitutional convention.

Velazquez managed to win an amendment to add keeping the status quo to the choices.

"We restored some fairness to a badly flawed process," she said.

Still, Serrano was so pleased he wielded the final gavel, hammering it down with a wide smile.

String of eco-terrorist acts?

Ecoterrorism? Where? Could it be in the Gulf of Mexico..in the coal mines too?

Ask yourself this: How do you get three separate (and unrelated) explosions that blew open 3 pylons on an oil platform that survived 4 category 4 or 5 hurricanes undamaged? Keep in mind those storms created waves over 60 ft tall in open waters and 160mph plus winds. For those rigs to survive such conditions 4 times in 2 years between 04 and 05, they must be rather tough, right? To show you an example of the type of power such acts of nature create, I am posting a photo of Pensacola Pier which if memory serves was about 30 feet tall 24 hours before the arrival of hurricane Ivan in 04. One oil rig measured a wave height of 27 meters in that one. For those who don't know, that's about 80 ft or so.

Knowing that the gulf oil rigs survived those disasters (three I saw firsthand), I can't help but believe the eco-disaster in the Gulf was not an "accident." Add to that: the methane(less) "gas" explosion in the WVA coal mine, and the other coal mine explosion in KY (I'd hate it if my state had that abbreviation), could all related acts of terrorism. My statement regarding this is not without logic. The media really buried the fact that no methane was found in the WV mine, but traces of military grade explosives were. My questions here are first: am I totally wrong here, second: and if not who is responible?

There is the obvious pick, the teleprompter. Is it muslim extremists...or could it be the green terrorists such as ELF? Then again, it could be other parties less obvious but no less insidious. The Mexican Cartels have just seen their most profitable avenue of business (Arizona) cut off. Remember too, this is a BP rig. That's British Petroleum. Our relations with Britain have "cooled" recently. Relations with Israel have not been affected by "global warming" either. The (Israeli intelligence and destruction agency) Mossad is everywhere after all. So is it so insane to think that these could all be related and intentional events when the teleprompter promised to "destroy the coal industry" and promised that "energy prices must necessarily skyrocket?" Given that all our previous allies hate us now, our enemies think we are weak, why should we not think that these occurrences are all related and terrorist acts?

They will have to share a bathroom with nine men, but the Navy says the crew will use a simple reversible sign to indicate who is using the facilities, enabling both sexes to get the privacy they demand. No modifications required.

…The Navy hopes the penalties for "fraternizing" -- ranging from fines to dismissal and two years' confinement – will ease some of those concerns.

…One issue [the navy] is dealing with is whether the policy will carry over to the enlisted ranks, where more than 80 sailors, some as young as 17, sleep nine to a room and share two bathrooms.

"To bring women enlisted on board we'd actually have to make modifications to the ship," he said. "I can't tell you exactly what they would be, because although we're beginning to look at this, we really haven't gone far enough down the road to determine which submarines we're going to put them on and how we're going to make sure they have privacy."

The Navy says it isn't having a problem meeting its recruitment goals for enlisted sailors, so it has time to explore the issue. And it sees no better starting point than admitting female officers…

It is just simply not a smart idea.  Who does it really benefit? 24 women in the entire Navy?  Does it really increase the Navy’s capacity? I smell a rat, there is a politician at the bottom of this somewhere.

Puerto Rico – A New State full of Potential Progressive Voters

Ok, here is the quick and dirty History of Puerto Rico.  Puerto Rico lies nestled right between Haiti/Dominican Republic and the British Virgin Islands.  It is in the same island chain as Cuba.  To get it in your mind right, Cuba is closest, then then Haiti/Dominican and then Puerto Rico.

 

Christopher Columbus landed on the island, which was inhabited by Amerindian Natives, in 1493 on his second voyage and claimed it for Spain.  Spain had it as a colony until the Spanish American war, in 1898 the United States invaded.  The US got Puerto Rico, Guam, Cuba, the Philippines in the Treaty of Paris.  They began their relationship with the US as a territory governed my Martial Law, two years later moved to mostly self governed using systems virtually identical to a State’s, In 1917 all the inhabitants became citizens of the US, they began having popular elections of representatives and gained a US style Judicial system, Under Truman they got a regularly elected governor and other trappings of statehood including non voting representatives in DC, this had the effect of changing its’ status from Territory to Commonwealth or “Free Associated State”.  All of this was paving the way for a vote for statehood, currently three different plebiscites or votes have been taken by the people and all three have failed to win enough votes to make Puerto Rico our 51st state.

Why?

Well it probably has a lot to do with getting something for nothing.  To put it another way, why buy the cow when you get the milk for free?  They have all of the benefits of statehood, with fewer taxes. 

Enter The Zero Regime…

There is a bill up for vote today to support Puerto Rico’s right to self determination.  This is on the face of it, nonsense.  Puerto Rico already has that right and has expressed itself three times to remain as it is.  BUT, just like Yesterday’s post on Amnesty and Illegal Immigration, granting Puerto Rico Statehood would win many many Liberal Progressive voters.

You doubt it?

The UN is heavily involved in the push for a change in Puerto Rico’s status.     From 1952 to 2007, Puerto Rico had three political parties which stood for three distinct future political scenarios. The Popular Democratic Party (PPD) seeks to maintain the island's "association" status as a commonwealth, and has won in referendums on the island's status held over six decades since coming under U.S. control.  The New Progressive Party (PNP) (catchy isn’t it?) seeks statehood. The Puerto Rican Independence Party seeks independence.

The real clincher on this one is this:  apparently in the bills that will follow this “nonbinding” vote today is a provision to allow people born in Puerto Rico but currently living in the continental US to vote on Puerto Rico’s status.  Read it again, a US citizen, born in Puerto Rico but currently living in, say, Illinois, will be able to vote in the self determination vote for Puerto Rico.

According to the latest estimates 70%  of Puerto Ricans cannot speak English passably, and many many of the recent immigrants TO Puerto Rico have been from Central America including Venezuela and Colombia and also from Cuba. 

Now ask yourself, in a Liberal House and Senate do you think, for an instant that if Nasty Pelotox and Dingy Harry and Chairman Zero thought that the people of Puerto Rico would:

a) Vote for statehood on their own without stacking the deck and;

b) vote in any way Conservative Republican or Libertarian after gaining statehood

They would a) stack the deck and b) want there to be a vote?

So here is what I think they are up to regarding Puerto Rico, it all seems to make some sense, They have this vote to affirm Puerto Rico’s right to Self Determination.  Puerto Rico already has a constitution, a popularly elected government, follows all federal regulations, and its’ populace are all citizens.

The Current Speaker of the House, President of the Senate,  and Governor are all members of this “New Progressive Party” (although actually claim to align themselves with Republicans, lending more credence to the crazy notion that Parties really do not matter), once this sham vote takes place in congress, they will call another referendum, although this time allow anyone born in Puerto Rico no matter where they reside (or actually probably no matter if they were born in Puerto Rico or not) to vote.  Then, because there are already delegates in Congress, they will immediately ask to be seated and BLAMMO we have a 51st state.  Then these so called republicans will decide they will caucus with the Liberals and Bingo, we are back to a filibuster proof super majority. 

Heck- they might just do it without resorting to a vote.  Congress votes in a nonbinding agreement that Puerto Rico has the right to self determination, and bang the delegates are seated as senators and representatives.  Sew another star on the flag boys and girls…

So take Amnesty for Illegals, throw in Puerto Rico, and what do you have…the re-election of the most rapidly unpopular president in history to a second term.

The real story about Crist leaving the Republican Party

Let me say first that I am limited regarding what I can say about this due to my membership with the Local REC. I can however raise questions about why exactly Crist would run as an independent, possibly throwing the FL senatorial race to a democrat. Why would Crist do this if he is not a closet liberal (among other things)? Could this move have anything to do with Crist's cozy relationship with Obama? Was he possibly offered something such as a post in the White House to throw an election he can't possibly win? Does he realize that independents disapprove of him almost as much as Republicans because of his lack of action on necessary issues and his actions and support of issues near and dear to our favorite community organizer? I will say that I don't think that Crist will get even 10% of the vote and that the race will not be close enough for the puny vote he gets to make a difference. Between now and election time, Crist will have to announce what party he will caucas with. That will make a huge impact on how voters will feel about him going forward. Hint: There is only one party he can caucas with and that is the one in power. So, doesn't that make it more likely that Crist will split the democrat votes instead of Republican and independent (anti-Obama) votes?

Simple solution for Arizona immigration: Mexifornia

Yes. I have a simple solution for the immigration law protests in Arizona. We don't need to boycott Arizona. We don't need to make refried bean swastikas. The solution doesn't even involve Arizona. My solution is to give the illegals California. We can call it Mixifornia. Let them assume California's debt, sovreignty and grant them secession from the Union. We could keep our Flags the same by granting Puerto Rico statehood. After all, at least Puerto Ricans are proud to be American citizens. We could even give back all the californian representation in Washington DC. After all, once Pelosi dies (if she's not dead already) she has so much plastic and composite materials under whatever material NASA has created for her to call skin that she could be simply stuck on a pole and made a statue. She could be the Mexifornia national mascot known as the Chupacabra (a demon from Caribbean folklore). The illegals could migrate to California and get everything for free all the time. They could hate their gringos all they want and be free to smuggle all the coke, meth, and illegals to Mexifornia and leave them there, and the rest of us alone. After all, when you boil this dispute down to the real issues, it is about race pimping, bringing in a new working class to be government dependent and getting them hooked on drugs so that they can go through the revolving door of the legal system, further enslaving them. So let's start a petition drive for the foundation of Mexifornia, to stop the illegal immigration problem once and for all!!!!!

The destruction of the next generation

NJ: Students in schools all over New Jersey are "going on strike" in protest of Gov Christie's budget cuts. They are walking out of class and gathering tea party style in front of the schools (because we all know how hard it is to get kids to leave class in the early spring). Now let's cut to the honest truth here, this is typical union thuggery only it is the Teacher's unions instead of the UAW. They always get union workers (or in this case students)to do their bidding. SO the taxpayers are paying way too much for a bunch of half assed socialist teachers to indoctrinate our students on how to be young revolutionaries.

Gov Christie, I have a simple solution for you. For every day the teachers convince their dweebs to walk out classes A. the teachers lose a day of pay, and B. the students lose a day of summer vacation. We'll see how long those protests last then.

Obama-drama files: senate seat coming back to haunt him?

According to AP, new questions are being raised about how much obama knew about the drama that swirled around Obama's vacated senate seat. Since so much "drama" follows obama on everything at all times, I am going to start a new series of posts called the obama-drama files while will follow the drama surrounding the pResidents wrong, bad, lack of or just plain stupid decisions and the drama they cause both him, his staff and the country. The question about how much Obama knew about Blago and his choice (and whether Obama had a favorite choice) would not be an issue on it's own, but obama testified (on the Bible which means nothing to obama)but means a whole bunch to the Justice Department. If the AP reports are true, fallen IL gov. Blago (D) intends to call obama as a witness to prove his case regarding the senate seat for sale scandal. If Blago is correct, then obama lied under oath about what was said to Tony Rezco. If Blago can prove it, obama may be in a whole world of trouble. Now a bigtime Chicago union thug is claiming Obama's pals offered up large sums of money to buy the seat for Valerie Jarett. Hmm... Back before I started blogging here, I predicted jokingly that the blago scandal would come back to haunt obama in the second year of his Presidency. Now that looks not only viable but maybe even likely. Especially if (what I believe to be true) Blago is hellbent on destroying obama out of revenge for obama's actions while crawling up the greasy stripper pole that is Chicago politics.

History Channel's "The Story of Us" and Irony

I watched the first episode of this great documentary series on the history channel tonight. It covered events leading up to the revolutionary war and it dovetails nicely with a couple of books I recently read. I find it very ironic that an otherwise entertaining and excellent series covering information that should be required material for every citizen of this country was introduced/prefaced by a man that apparently has little understanding of, or reverence for, the material itself. The series was introduced by none other than his one-ness, The pResident, chairman zero.

Secondly, does anyone else find it odd that a sitting president is endorsing a History channel documentary like Marlin Perkins hawking Mutual of Omaha insurance? What is next, selling an energy drink or some sportswear?

Maybe he should watch it instead of reading a TelePrompTer script of what one of his handlers thought a true blue USA loving American would say... You know what a good President would have actually felt and thought...

Local happenings (sorry I’ve been away)

 

Sorry I've been so scarce lately but between the Lynch Campaign, other matters and car hunting have taken much of my time. Lynch lost his congressional campaign, but Ed is doing other things and can now focus on those other things.

Unfortunately, my body can't handle the typical Florida heat anymore without AC so I am selling my beloved Prelude in favor of a much newer Prelude. I has narrowed it down to two tan 98 and 99 Prelude SH models.

One is completely stock. The other is a race car that surprised me when I hit full throttle. I am quite used to powerful cars and it takes a mean one to get me. Surprisingly, I'm leaning towards the milder one as it is totally original, and will only go up in value as it is already a classic, and is a low mileage and is still an awesome fun ride

Today I had a "debate" with 5 young black men who were on a kick that God hates all non dark skinned people for crimes ranging from persecuting and killing Jesus to eradicating the Native American culture. I believe that these folks are paid by ACORNTidesApollobamaSeiu to be the antithesis of the tea party movement. Several times they tried to provoke me but I remained peaceful as I encourage all to continue to do!

So I have not forgotten you folks and will be back to posting daily once my routine gets back to normal. Please wish me luck in making the right decision regarding the cars and pray that the young man those creeps were preaching hate to listened to my argument as I took them apart on Biblical history and while the young man didn't say anything to me, he watched me closely as I was willing to stand up to a group of hate spewing potentially violent thugs in the name of God, Christ, and our Country. Yes, the conversation was as political as it was religious. For instance, one of the thugs blamed me for the murder of Che. I answered back that “Che killed thousands and that's okay?”. His response was Che was a "freedom fighter. I asked: “If Che was such a freedom fighter, where are all the free Cubans besides in America?”  I then said those people like me that you hate are standing up daily for your right for free speech and you return the favor by calling for us to be killed?

  It is not likely that Stern is going to be given a MORE high profile position. The reason he is probably moving/changing is because he has been shown to be too HIGH profile already. These people do their work in the weeds under the cover of darkness, A la Van Jones.  They cannot stand the sunlight. He has been caught out in the sun and widely reported as being the most frequent visitor to Chairman Zero's throne room. He is just going to go back underground. He may be moved to a liberal policy think thank, or may be called back to the mother ship at the Soros Foundation, or create a new evil organization.  That is what they do. Old Hippie Rabble Rousers never die they just create new organizations and rebrand themselves. That is what they have done since the sixties.

It is not often that I start posts with questions that I already have personal answers to, but I know this will be at least divisive and maybe as polarizing a post as I have ever done but such things are necessary now as going into these midterm elections and following with the 2012 elections and lastly with the 2012 elections, the window on the salvation of the future of our nation will close without 2 victories in the next 2 years.

Simple fact. The Republican Party is scared of the Race card and this needs to end. In the RNC, we have a total moron running up RNC credit card tabs at perv fetish nightclubs and then when people complain, he claims that he, and Obama are the victims of raaaacism. Why bring Obama into this? Why play the race card on this when this isn't about race at all unless it is really about keeping power?

Simple fact: The Republican party is scared to throw out a corrupt black man that is a disaster as a fundraiser because he is playing the race card.

Simple fact: in 2012 the Republican party will be called on by the American People to throw a corrupt black man out of office in 2012 in the Presidential elections.

Shortage of lifeboats on Guam?????

Congressman Hank Johnson was voicing concerns over defense budgetary spending that would necessarily accompany the influx of an addition 8,000 American troops on the island of Guam. After a lengthy display that he knows the dimensions of the American territory of Guam (Admiral Willard, commander of the U. S. Navy's Pacific Fleet, acknowledged that it was "a small island"), told the gathered members of Congress and military officials as he made a tipping motion with his hand, "My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize."

To his credit, Admiral Willard chose not to educate and embarrass the congressman. Instead, Willard dryly asserted, "We don't anticipate that." But you can see in the video that the Admiral is fighting back a smile, but he soldiers (sailors?) on, explaining to the congressman that the current population of Guam (estimated at 175,000) would only attain 200,000 with the increase in American troops. accompany the influx of an addition 8,000 American troops on the island of Guam. .

However this does raise questions about Guam and it's infrastructure. Think back to 1912. They said the Titanic was also said to be unsinkable and only had adequate lifeboats for 1/10th of the indigenous population and crew. Hank Johnson, D, GA seeking to divert defense spending to special subisidies to indoor crop farming with alternative light sources to save the environment raised these questions along with environmental questions about dihydrogen monoxide restrictions, and safety improvements such as water wings, and moisture columns to better support Guam and prevent the swelling population and massive infrastructure from tipping the island over and drowning the population. If anyone has funding to spare for congressional reelection campaign donations we ask you to seriously consider Hank Johnson D, GA, a true humanitarian. Hope you enjoyed the first day of April! :0)
