Left this as a comment, and it sums up my opinion.

  It is not likely that Stern is going to be given a MORE high profile position. The reason he is probably moving/changing is because he has been shown to be too HIGH profile already. These people do their work in the weeds under the cover of darkness, A la Van Jones.  They cannot stand the sunlight. He has been caught out in the sun and widely reported as being the most frequent visitor to Chairman Zero's throne room. He is just going to go back underground. He may be moved to a liberal policy think thank, or may be called back to the mother ship at the Soros Foundation, or create a new evil organization.  That is what they do. Old Hippie Rabble Rousers never die they just create new organizations and rebrand themselves. That is what they have done since the sixties.

Left this as a comment, and it sums up my opinion.

  It is not likely that Stern is going to be given a MORE high profile position. The reason he is probably moving/changing is because he has been shown to be too HIGH profile already. These people do their work in the weeds under the cover of darkness, A la Van Jones.  They cannot stand the sunlight. He has been caught out in the sun and widely reported as being the most frequent visitor to Chairman Zero's throne room. He is just going to go back underground. He may be moved to a liberal policy think thank, or may be called back to the mother ship at the Soros Foundation, or create a new evil organization.  That is what they do. Ultimately, it's liberalism morphing into libertarianism. it boils down to people deciding that central planning and organizing aka huge federal or central government will claim to "help" people but will ultimately do more harm than good which is why our founders made our federal government weak, and gave state governments far more latitude. Even my great grandmother who was the first woman Sheriff in tenessee considered herself a tennesseean American. State used to come first to people. elections were the same way, where local and state elections were much more important to people than national.and presidential elections. corporations are no different. multinational corporations have no love for the tea party or as I call it "the pro-liberty" movement. "too big to fail" means too big to this movement.
It's those corporations in conjunction with governing bodies like the UN, NATO ,EU, that are supporting obamacare. why, because they want the small businesses which still have the biggest piece of the overall pie out of the way. our big corpoations aren't capitalist, they are in the business of "manipulative consumerism." then the government call capitalists-small business owners...the boogeyman. Why is obama going after people making $250K a year? because that is the mean income for someone to have or begin their own business. What segment of our economy has the most small businesses? Doctors offices. There is no "walmart" of the medical care industry. Each doctor works for his/her self or with small group of other doctors. in the tea party movement, people ask, what can you do, what are you good at, now do that within the movement. If you can write, start a blog, if you are a good organizer, start a group, etc. every person do a little, donate what you can.
When Christianity was in it's infancy, there were no clergy in charge of regions, no pope, just small individual groups if people gathering, giving what they could to contribute, and each group picked a group of leaders from within to be organizers of that group. They engaging in willful socialsm on the local level. Peter was never a "pope" despite what you were taught in Catholic theology. Groups of Christans met, and dealt with their problems and needs on their own. The first record of a "church" picking a single leader begins at 120 a.d. and that was "Clement" who is often called the second Pope. The original idea was individualism not clergy issuing all powerful decrees. The reasoning for that, the pro-liberty movement all the way to our founding fathers separating the powers of the Federal Government was prevention of a few making decisions for everyone. That discussion about "project Camelot" is the simple notion that we don't need ever growing government bodies or multinational corporations telling us how to do things.
We can, at the local level, take care of ourselves. The closer we get to a "nanny
state," the more self serving that state will be. This is happening all world at the same time. Now violence is starting to uptick, not from the "pro-liberty" movement but from statists. That teacher who shot up that college, and the pentagon shooting yesterday were statists, as are the recent rash of Muslim terrorists such as the pantie-bomber and the Ft Hood. These people who are behind what we are ideologically opposed to have no problem with resorting to and have ties to, on many levels, to terrorism and gang violence, and if push comes to shove will not hesitate to use such means.

Earlier, I stated that the Ft Hood Bomber died the other day. I am positive I heard it on Fox news the other day but i can find no evidence to confirm this, so I am retracting the statement with an apology to those who read this. I made a mistake here and I am now correcting it. Big thanks to JDS for letting me know I missed that one as I am not out to mislead people here, and I am honestly spread so thin working on multiple state and national midterm election campaigns that I am having a hard time doing all the checking and rechecking that I prefer, but the workload will lighten up fairly soon as there is one special election in a month and I will be able to get back to a more normal posting schedule.

While we slept by Feed your ADHD

I am reposting this because I could not express what I am feeling any better. Dr. Dave, aka Snarky Basterd, already did the work for us.
Feed Your ADHD: while we F****** slept.




While we slept this morning, the real mobsters, the ones dishing out and accepting bribes in the District of Criminals, completely fucked our country along straight party lines (60-39) … with the first vote on Christmas Eve in more than a century.
Atlas just shrugged.
And the funny thing is, we didn’t sleep. We marched on our capitol buildings during the spring, leading up to TEA Party day on April 15. We screamed during townhall meetings and at local Congressional and Senate offices all summer long. We marched on Washington a million-plus strong in September. We stormed Congressional offices in the fall. We added more than a million signatures to a petition to Congress to stop this madness. We phoned and we blogged and we emailed and we snail mailed and we faxed and we twittered and we bled patriotism, pleading with them:
STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND USE YOUR LAST BRAIN CELL TO COME TO YOUR SENSES.
And they didn’t hear a fucking thing.
I don’t know how much more awake we could have been. I don’t know how much louder we could have screamed. I don’t know how many more ways we could have made our opposition known.
In the end, it didn’t matter. They think they know better than us. And now it’s done.
And that’s fine. Let them have their perceived notion of power. Let them slink back home for Christmas and get drunk on the stinking fumes of their “victory.” Let them dance wildly in the shimmery mirage of the “history” they’ve made.
Because now the real fight begins. The fight for November 2010 and 2012 and every forthcoming election thereafter. The fight to send these fuckers back to their homes, tattered and broken, never to be heard from again.
Be bloody angry. Let it burn in you. Let it harden your resolve. Use it to carry on and maintain your focus. Keep it close and keep it ready for when you need it, for when it will be your time to have your voice truly heard.
Get out your checkbooks and give to the organizations that will try to stop this un-Constitutional legislation in the courts. Beat the bushes and find real conservative candidates who are truly willing to honor the Constitution and write them checks and speak out on their behalf.
Then, when the time comes, scream so loudly with your finger in the voting booth that the Socialists will be shocked when the 7 p.m. newscasts declare them extinct.
We’re coming for you, fatcats. Enjoy your good times. Your days of thievery are done. Forever.

Big Government.com is now breaking the news that the game plan followed by the Dems to get socialized medicine passed was authored by a federal felon.

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) has pushed for a public option within the healthcare debate. Now meet her husband, Robert Creamer.

Rep. Schakowsky’s husband, Robert Creamer, used to be the leader of Citizen Action/Illinois. He also founded its predecessor, Illinois Public Action, in which Ms. Schakowsky served as Program Director. He runs a political consulting firm, the Strategic Consulting Group, which lists ACORN and the SEIU among its clients and which made $541,000 working for disgraced former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich.

Creamer resigned from Citizen Action/Illinois after the FBI began investigating him for bank fraud and tax evasion at Illinois Public Action. He was convicted in 2006 and sentenced to five months in federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana, plus eleven months of house arrest.

Now while Creamer was in prison, he wrote a book titled Listen to Your Mother: Stand Up Straight! How Progressives Can Win (Seven Locks Press, 2007). In it he outlines how to get socialized medicine rammed down the throats of the American people.

The ten points outlined by Creamer:

“We must create a national consensus that health care is a right, not a commodity; and that government must guarantee that right.”
“We must create a national consensus that the health care system is in crisis.”
“Our messaging program over the next two years should focus heavily on reducing the credibility of the health insurance industry and focusing on the failure of private health insurance.”
“We need to systematically forge relationships with large sectors of the business/employer community.”
“We need to convince political leaders that they owe their elections, at least in part, to the groundswell of support of [sic] universal health care, and that they face political peril if they fail to deliver on universal health care in 2009.”
“We need not agree in advance on the components of a plan, but we must foster a process that can ultimately yield consensus.”
“Over the next two years, we must design and organize a massive national field program.”
“We must focus especially on the mobilization of the labor movement and the faith community.”
“We must systematically leverage the connections and resources of a massive array of institutions and organizations of all types.”
“To be successful, we must put in place commitments for hundreds of millions of dollars to be used to finance paid communications and mobilization once the battle is joined.”
That was easy, wasn't it? Think about all the games played by the Dems in this battle of socialist proportions. They've followed this almost step-by-step.

Now, for your viewing pleasure, it the 1st annual Daily Kos Freedom Awards. These awards are presented to heroes of freedom, past and present! They truly represent the cause of THE KOS!!!

Protests and terrorism...Lets say...

Lets (totally hypothetically) say you have a pResident who in a Nixonesque fashion has gone off the deep end. Lets say that the pResidents handlers were growing dissatisfied with the pResidents job performance, the election outcome from last tuesday and and the pResidents sinking approval ratings. Lets say that the pResidents handlers see the growing movement of angry American citizens in this country and are not at all pleased with the results of this movement. Lets say that the pResidents handlers and those surrounding him saw a protest of 20-40,000 people gathering around Capitol hill to protest the 2nd most important part of the puppeteers' agenda and wanted to get it off the news channels that have recently started to turn on the President. What lengths would these go to in order keep the massive protests off Fox and the other Cable news channels. I know that what I am implying here (once you connect the dots) is insane, treasonous, and if it turns out to be true and it gets out could start world war 3 but when I saw this going on yesterday, my first question was why did this have to happen right when the protests were going to bre televised? Then I looked at the timeline. Conspicously, the massacre happened just at the right time so that the news would be covering it during the length of the DC protest. Then I looked at the name of the shooter and the name ofthe President. hmm. Nah couldn't be, I mean it's just a name, right? No, this pResident has never resorted to dirty tactics and those around him are clean as a whistle. For me to think that there my be some sort of connection is absolutely nuts right? Not like our president has had any association with nuts (Aren't Acorns nuts)? Now I leave this to you to think this through. Is my tinfoil hat on so tight it has cut off circulation to half my brain or does something not add up with the story about what happened in Texas yesterday? Maybe it's the lack of remorse that the pResident laid out in his speech or the off timing of the event. WAs the event timing odd you ask? Well thinks think this through like Andrew33 would. The shooting took place at !:30 in Texas. That;s 2:30 in DC, while the protest was scheduled to begin at 3:00; Now if you wanted something to preempt the media what time would you have it take place? If were me, I'd would allow about half an hour to let things play out and the media get involved sos it would be 2:30 eastern, !:30 central. But this is just random coincidence

Challenger West links ACORN and SEIU, says Klein should give back union money

Republican congressional challenger Allen West applauded U.S. Rep. Ron Klein, D-Boca Raton, for voting last week to cut off federal money to scandal-tainted ACORN.
But West says Klein’s a hypocrite if he doesn’t return $20,000 in past campaign contributions from the Service Employees International Union, which conservatives say is joined at the hip with the left-leaning Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
U.S. Department of Labor filings show SEIU has paid about $4 million to ACORN since 2005 for political activities. And ACORN founder Wade Rathke also founded a major SEIU local in New Orleans.
Klein rejected West’s call to give back the $10,000 he got from SEIU in 2006 and $10,000 he received from the union in 2008. Klein “is proud to stand with the hard-working SEIU families of the 22nd District, who have nothing to do with ACORN,” spokeswoman Melissa Silverman said today.Check out West’s campaign statement and Klein’s response after the jump…..

From Republican Allen West’s campaign: Republican Congressional candidate Allen West called on Congressman Ron Klein to return all campaign contributions Klein has received from the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in the wake of recent allegations about ACORN and Klein’s recent vote in Congress to stop Federal funding of ACORN:
“While it was admirable that Congressman Ron Klein voted against taxpayer funding to ACORN last Thursday, Klein’s history of campaign contributions reveals some disturbing news. In the past two election cycles of 2006 and 2008 Ron Klein accepted $20K of campaign contributions from SEIU (Service Employees International Union)

SEIU is directly involved with ACORN. SEIU’s President sits on the ACORN Board of Directors. SEIU gave ACORN and its affiliates more than $4 million in 2006-7 according to ACORN’s own Department of Labor filings.

Ron Klein is nothing more than a hypocrite for his vote not to fund ACORN if he does not also break ties with ACORN’s largest union supporter. It is evident that SEIU is a large contributor to Klein.
I call upon Ron Klein to publicly explain his acceptance of these funds and if he wishes to restore any sense of integrity and character, return the $20K to SEIU.”

“If anything, the facts pointed out by Mr. West serve only to prove once again that Congressman Klein is fiercely independent and weighs every single vote he takes on its merits. Congressman Klein is proud to stand with the hard-working SEIU families of the 22nd District, who have nothing to do with ACORN. These families go to work every day trying to build a better life for their children and our community, and they are more concerned about how to fix health care than about the actions of a community group that they do not belong to.
If political opponents are trying to make some noise by asking the Congressman to turn his back on these families, the answer will be no. As quoted in The Palm Beach Post this morning, Congressman Klein has clearly stated that he will not support federal funding for ACORN until they respond to this ‘wake-up call’ and fix the problems that they are facing as an organization.”
