Depression!

The media is not saying it, but deep down we all know it's true. Yes, it's the "D" word. Recently, Ben (Beavis) Bernanke; head of the international criminal bankers organization (you probably know it as the FED) announced that "the recession is over." I actually agreed but not for the reason given by the DC mafia. The recession IS over because The Depression has set in. Making matters worse, 4 senate Rinos and the entire communist party voted for "the financial reform bill." Does anybody reading this believe that nationalizing my credit union (I refuse to set foot in banks)? Consider this, when you deposit money in a credit union, you become "part owner" in the Credit Union. Now, the same rules have been put on my Credit Union (which had no "toxic assets") as banks that recieved Tarp nationalization. Rumor has it, wording was snuck into the "financial reform" bill that will allow the government to raid 401k retirement funds as well. I guess that they will nationalize my toilet tomorrow because after GM, Chrysler, the banks (big and small), the healthcare industry, the Internet (under net neutrality), the EPA cracking down on breathing, etc...what's left? "Land of the free"-my big fat asphalt!!! The only thing that's free anymore is air (but that's about to change), right? Yesterday, the mafia Director of Intellegence" was given a pink slip. It's not like anything will change. The (former) Director of Intelligence will be doing the same thing today that he did everyday since he was hired...nothing. There is no intelligence in the regime to direct. President Crackhead eliminated all intelligence in our government via his "czars." There are some people that have the "Midas touch". That is where anything such a person gets his hands on seems to turn to gold. The puppet currently occupying the White House has the "Hanky touch." That is where anything you touch turns to a turd. President Crackhead has touched a large part of our economy. Meanwhile, the media is trying to polish a giant turd by hiding the fact that we are in financial collapse...likely a depression that will make the 1930s look like the 1980s. The sad fact is we are bringing the rest of the world into this depression as well. The entire world uses our currency and we, through financial as well as diplomatic foreign policy have filled the world with and supported tinhorn dictators. Now we have one too...and an economic depression too. This is not the first time we have been in that situation. We had similar economic and social decay when Woodrow Wilson and FDR (both dictators for life). We also had two world wars during those years. Unfortunately, now we and many other nations have the military capacity to end all life on Earth. I also believe the commander in chief of our military would not hesitate to, nor feel remorse for using our nuclear capacity on his greatest enemy..us. That would bring about a "fundamental transformation. Depressed yet???

War drums beating?

Looking at world events, there are some amazing and frightening parallels between the times and events leading to world war 1 and now.

Here is a list off of google that names some general events that are believed to have caused WW1. I will compare them to events happening now and let you decide for yourselves:

While there was a chain of events that directly led to the fighting, the actual root causes are much deeper and part of continued debate and discussion. 1. Mutual Defense Alliances

Over time, countries throughout Europe made mutual defense agreements that would pull them into battle. Thus, if one country was attacked, allied countries were bound to defend them. Before World War 1, the following alliances existed:

• Russia and Serbia
• Germany and Austria-Hungary
• France and Russia
• Britain and France and Belgium
• Japan and Britain

Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia, Russia got involved to defend Serbia. Germany seeing Russia mobilizing, declared war on Russia. France was then drawn in against Germany and Austria-Hungary. Germany attacked France through Belgium pulling Britain into war. Then Japan entered the war. Later, Italy and the United States would enter on the side of the allies.

Okay, currently we have NATO, OPEC, the UN, the "Axis of evil" between Iran Venezuela, Cuba and N.Korea. China and Russia are really behind those nations. We also have the European Union which is being influenced by many sides and is nearing collapse. America is generally allied with Canada, Israel, England and Germany but relations with all our allies are "strained" at the moment. There are also borderless alliances such as the Muslim brotherhood (Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas) as well as La Raza (MS 13, and the Latin American drug cartels.)

2.Imperialism Imperialism is when a country increases their power and wealth by bringing additional territories under their control. Before World War 1, Africa and parts of Asia were points of contention amongst the European countries. This was especially true because of the raw materials these areas could provide. The increasing competition and desire for greater empires led to an increase in confrontation that helped push the world into World War I.

Imperialism isn't happening now, right? The map hasn't changed since WW2. Think again...Russia showed the world how to build an empire using ideology and proxy war. Islamists are trying to take over Europe. Statists are trying to take over the US. Russia recently made the entire Polish government disappear forcing new elections that can be easily bought (Russia considers Poland its historical territory just as Mexicans consider the American Southwest theirs.) There is also Kyrgystan, Georgia (the nation) and the Ukraine where Russia is now exerting an increasing influence. China is trying to exert more and more influence on SW Asia.

3. Militarism

As the world entered the 20th century, an arms race had begun. By 1914, Germany had the greatest increase in military buildup. Great Britain and Germany both greatly increased their navies in this time period. Further, in Germany and Russia particularly, the military establishment began to have a greater influence on public policy. This increase in militarism helped push the countries involved to war.

Not happening now right? China and Russia have increased their Military spending by 1000% in the last decade. What do you think they do with all the money they get from that cheap stuff you buy? America has not decreased military spending , and the Islamists are awash in oil and opium money. What are they buying with that money? Since our cash is worthless, what do you folks think we trade for oil????

4. Nationalism

Much of the origin of the war was based on the desire of the Slavic peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina to no longer be part of Austria Hungary but instead be part of Serbia. In this way, nationalism led directly to the War. But in a more general way, the nationalism of the various countries throughout Europe contributed not only to the beginning but the extension of the war in Europe. Each country tried to prove their dominance and power.

Nationalism is on the rise in China, Russia, Europe, in the Islamic world and in S.America. We are the only nation that has a leader that feels we owe the world an apology and should let others take our lead.

5. Immediate Cause: Assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand

The immediate cause of World War I that made all the aforementioned items come into play (alliances, imperialism, militarism, nationalism) was the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary. In June 1914, a Serbian nationalist assassinated him and his wife while they were in Sarajevo, Bosnia which was part of Austria-Hungary. This was in protest to Austria-Hungary having control of this region. Serbia wanted to take over Bosnia and Herzegovina. This assassination led to Austria-Hungary declaring war on Serbia. When Russia began to mobilize due to its alliance with Serbia, Germany declared war on Russia. Thus began the expansion of the war to include all those involved in the mutual defense alliances.

This was simply a flash point at a time when because of economic downturn, anger against european imperialism, and arrogance by world leaders led to a war no one could stop. America sold much of the Arms used in WW1 and ended up being owed billions by Europe which when was not repaid led to huge taxes and the Depression of 1920. We had a so called "progressive" President who swore to keep us out of war. Days after his reelection we jumped into WW1. Communism was able to take hold in Russia leading to it's exit of WW1 on an anti-war platform. By the start of WW2, Russia had the biggest, most advanced army in the world. We also had a "progressive" President who swore to keep us out of WW2. When attacked by Japan we invaded Europe first. Now we have another "progressive" President who ran on an anti-war platform but has increased the total number of troops currently overseas, yet has grossly mismanaged both Afganistan and Iraq to the point that victory (which was all but assured in both) is now all but impossible in Afganistan and looking less likely in Iraq. So you tell me, why should we not be worried about an impending world war?

Obama-drama files: senate seat coming back to haunt him?

According to AP, new questions are being raised about how much obama knew about the drama that swirled around Obama's vacated senate seat. Since so much "drama" follows obama on everything at all times, I am going to start a new series of posts called the obama-drama files while will follow the drama surrounding the pResidents wrong, bad, lack of or just plain stupid decisions and the drama they cause both him, his staff and the country. The question about how much Obama knew about Blago and his choice (and whether Obama had a favorite choice) would not be an issue on it's own, but obama testified (on the Bible which means nothing to obama)but means a whole bunch to the Justice Department. If the AP reports are true, fallen IL gov. Blago (D) intends to call obama as a witness to prove his case regarding the senate seat for sale scandal. If Blago is correct, then obama lied under oath about what was said to Tony Rezco. If Blago can prove it, obama may be in a whole world of trouble. Now a bigtime Chicago union thug is claiming Obama's pals offered up large sums of money to buy the seat for Valerie Jarett. Hmm... Back before I started blogging here, I predicted jokingly that the blago scandal would come back to haunt obama in the second year of his Presidency. Now that looks not only viable but maybe even likely. Especially if (what I believe to be true) Blago is hellbent on destroying obama out of revenge for obama's actions while crawling up the greasy stripper pole that is Chicago politics.

Personally, I don't feel safe that this country will survive 8 years of this regime. People need to wake up and realize that we are in an ideological war. However while the opposition is called the "party of NO, Obama has been the pResident of NO.

For example, the IOC told Obama NO when eliminating Chicago from consideration for the 2016 Olympics in the 1st round.

Worldwide allies told Obama NO when asked to take detainees from Gitmo. Honduras told Obama NO when Obama demanded they allow their constitutionally term limited ex president to return to power.

When asked to make closer ties to Israel in return for cessation of settlement construction, King Abdullah told Obama NO.

When asked to mirror obama's "porkulus," France and Germany told Obama NO.

When repeatedly asked to cease settlement construction, Bibi Netanahu said NO again and again.

Netanyahu went to the White House last week for high level talks regarding Iran with Obama, and Obama said NO, snubbing the Israeli leader in favor of letting sit him alone with nothing to eat or drink while Obama ate dinner.

Russia told Obama NO on multiple issues from missile defense to stronger sanctions on Iran yet Obama is giving Russia everything but our flag via treaty. All this as Russia has supported an insurgency against our interests in Kyrgyzstan and the Polish government has died mysteriously on a Russian Airliner.

N.Korea's Kim jong duck dong ill has told Obama NO when asked to resume 6 party talks regarding nuclear proliferation and when asked to stop the shelling near our troops lining the DMZ.

Cuba told Obama NO when the request was made to normalize relations.

The entire world told Obama NO on climate change, while God told Obama NO, the globe isn't warming with 4 feet of snow IN DC last winter!!!
