Project Camelot (update)

A friend pointed this out to me recently.
Here is an interesting video about Project Camelot.
It's really long but the interesting part in reference to government is at 24:15 but you can start around 23:00 to understand the topic:

Ultimately, it's liberalism morphing into libertarianism. it boils down to people deciding that central planning and organizing aka huge federal or central government will claim to "help" people but will ultimately do more harm than good which is why our founders made our federal government weak, and gave state governments far more latitude. Even my great grandmother who was the first woman Sheriff in tenessee considered herself a tennesseean American. State used to come first to people. elections were the same way, where local and state elections were much more important to people than national.and presidential elections. corporations are no different. multinational corporations have no love for the tea party or as I call it "the pro-liberty" movement. "too big to fail" means too big to this movement.
It's those corporations in conjunction with governing bodies like the UN, NATO ,EU, that are supporting obamacare. why, because they want the small businesses which still have the biggest piece of the overall pie out of the way. our big corpoations aren't capitalist, they are in the business of "manipulative consumerism." then the government call capitalists-small business owners...the boogeyman. Why is obama going after people making $250K a year? because that is the mean income for someone to have or begin their own business. What segment of our economy has the most small businesses? Doctors offices. There is no "walmart" of the medical care industry. Each doctor works for his/her self or with small group of other doctors. in the tea party movement, people ask, what can you do, what are you good at, now do that within the movement. If you can write, start a blog, if you are a good organizer, start a group, etc. every person do a little, donate what you can.
When Christianity was in it's infancy, there were no clergy in charge of regions, no pope, just small individual groups if people gathering, giving what they could to contribute, and each group picked a group of leaders from within to be organizers of that group. They engaging in willful socialsm on the local level. Peter was never a "pope" despite what you were taught in Catholic theology. Groups of Christans met, and dealt with their problems and needs on their own. The first record of a "church" picking a single leader begins at 120 a.d. and that was "Clement" who is often called the second Pope. The original idea was individualism not clergy issuing all powerful decrees. The reasoning for that, the pro-liberty movement all the way to our founding fathers separating the powers of the Federal Government was prevention of a few making decisions for everyone. That discussion about "project Camelot" is the simple notion that we don't need ever growing government bodies or multinational corporations telling us how to do things.
We can, at the local level, take care of ourselves. The closer we get to a "nanny
state," the more self serving that state will be. This is happening all world at the same time. Now violence is starting to uptick, not from the "pro-liberty" movement but from statists. That teacher who shot up that college, and the pentagon shooting yesterday were statists, as are the recent rash of Muslim terrorists such as the pantie-bomber and the Ft Hood. These people who are behind what we are ideologically opposed to have no problem with resorting to and have ties to, on many levels, to terrorism and gang violence, and if push comes to shove will not hesitate to use such means.
Earlier, I stated that the Ft Hood Bomber died the other day. I am positive I heard it on Fox news the other day but i can find no evidence to confirm this, so I am retracting the statement with an apology to those who read this. I made a mistake here and I am now correcting it. Big thanks to JDS for letting me know I missed that one as I am not out to mislead people here, and I am honestly spread so thin working on multiple state and national midterm election campaigns that I am having a hard time doing all the checking and rechecking that I prefer, but the workload will lighten up fairly soon as there is one special election in a month and I will be able to get back to a more normal posting schedule.

Lawmakers Race to Limit Corporate Spending on Elections After Court Ruling

talk to the hand For those who have not kept up with this case, the Supreme Court ruled recently that portions of the McCain-Feingold (yes, that McCain) Act regulating when and how much money businesses can spend to buy ads or other campaign materials is UNCONSTITUTIONAL under the 1st Amendment.  Bravo.  But congress critters are not deterred.  All the talk about “special interest this” and “special interest that” means nothing.  What these weasels are actually saying is “the special interests that are not in favor of me.” Unions were not regulated under the law because they are “not for profit” or “non-profit” entities.  The results of this are the staggeringly powerful ACORN’s and SEIU’s in our current predicament.  It was open season for them, no season for private sector businesses.  It is ludicrous.
So now I guess is a good time to get into a discussion about the Spirit of the Law vs. the Letter of the Law.
“They [crooked congress critters] said they were still exploring their options. But with the Supreme Court ruling that there is "no basis for allowing the government to limit corporate independent expenditures," they will have to proceed cautiously to ensure subsequent legislation is not challenged and struck down again. “
A prime example of the fact that the Grade “A” Assholes in Washington do not get it, or do not care.  Probably both.  Instead of hearing the message that this is not a constitutional pursuit, they are now dedicated to working around the ruling.  We will never get anywhere until we have a total culture change in DC, because these people do not know how to take “NO” for an answer.  NO means NO.
Another thing, while I am ranting a little.  You can call it a “fee” if you wish, but I know what it is, and so do you, it is a “TAX”.  I am so sick of all the euphemisms.

Massachusetts can decide fate on "Obamacare"

"Massachusetts can decide fate on "Obamacare"
(Chris Golas, My Random Blog http://chrisgworld.blogspot.com/)

Next Tuesday there is a special election to fill the late Ted Kennedy senate seat. The two canidates are Democrat Martha Coakley and Republican Scott Brown. The democrats thought this would be a no-brainer-the people would elect Martha Coakley who would go to Washington and vote in favor of the health care bill. However in the past few weeks all that has changed. I will say it shifted towards Christmas. Martha decided to take a vacation from campaigning. She pulled ads from TV stations and went out of sight. During this time Scott Brown ran TV ads and put his image out there. The polls have reflected this. Coakley's own internal memo shows the poll is tighting. A once 9 point lead shrunk to only 2 points. There was a poll I read about that showed Brown leading by a point. At this point in time, the race is to close to call. Coakley knows this and went in attack mode. There are atleast 3 negative ads running in MA against Brown, linking him to Bush and Limbaugh and to the infamous "Tea Party" Movement. Brown however remains focused and as not gone negative. This past Monday there was a debate in MA, I did not watch it but I read about how Brown was "on fire".

This election can effect health care. If Brown wins, Obamacare will not pass, the dems will not have a filbuster proof majority. If Coakley wins then health care will pass. But does what happen in MA really going to matter? The Boston herald reported that if Brown wins, the dems will try to swear him into office once Obamacare passes. But how? Don't the democrats need a key vote from MA? If they don't then it shouldn't really matter what happens in MA. If Coakley wins, the dems will swear her in immediatley, making a liar out of Galvin who says they have to wait ten days to certify the election. Doesn't that go both ways? Wait ten days for both. The wait is to count Absentee and miltary votes. Unless MA dems have one set of rules for Coakley and another for Brown. Will the people of MA and the US put up with that? Democrats probably thought they would have a easy election with Coakley just coasting her way in the senate seat, they were wrong.
The writer of this post was Chris Golas (My Random Blog) who lives in Massachusetts. It is good to hear about the election from an insiders point of view. There is nothing better than having a local perspective when it comes to politics. This really exposes the complete arrogance of the Democrats (not that Republicans are much different in areas where they are traditionally strong.) This also shows what I believe to be intent to pocket campaign funds that would not be spent unnecessarily when the Democrats will automatically inherit the seat. After all, it is Ted Kennedy's seat, and to even suggest that it go to a Republican is as absurd as it is impossible, right?

The momentum change at Christmas time is should be a warning to the DC regime that their inept response to the "undi-bomber" confused and angered the American people, even those who had been obama supporters. Now the total hypocrisy of the regime's actions is being made clear with their immediate and decisive response to the disaster in Haiti. Many Americans, wile supporting the action in Haiti, are wondering whether the same action would take place if that disaster had happened here. Mr. obama clearly feels that it is more important to make the rest of the world happy than it is to do the will of or keep promises to the American People and anger is building. I say with confidence that if mr. obama shows up in MA to campaign for Coakley, Brown will win the election by a large margin.

Given that NJ just elected a Republican Gov, it should be obvious that ANY incumbent better be prepared to run a perfect campaign in both the primaries and the regular elections. Brown is running a perfect campaign while Coakley looks unprepared both in actions and in debate preparation. That is why Brown took Coakley apart in their televised debate.

Now, Coakley has turned to DC lobbyists, and special interest groups such as SEIU. I believe this will backfire on Coakley as it calls attention to the fact that Coakley will be just another Obama croney. Brown has done a great job of exposing Coakley's errors and that last DC fundraiser that was full of lobbyists was a big mistake. Now a fundraising campaign started by Dick Morris, along with Internet fundraising by the Chamber of Commerce have not only levelled the playing field, but have shifted fundraising momentum towards Brown.

Given how strong Unions are in Massachusetts, is it possible that many are afraid to admit to pollsters that they either won't vote, or support Brown fearing that the pollsters may be working for union bosses? I know union thugs resort to intimidation to scare members into voting for "their" candidates. Given this, and that I believe Brown supporters are more motivated, I believe Brown may even have more support that polls suggest.

I also question whether Massachusetts voters who already pay for a State run Public Option want to pay a tax for a national health care plan when they won't receive anything they don't have now in return?

Comrade Mao says merry Christmas

At first I thought "you have got to be kidding me". Then I thought "why does this surprise you?". And then I thought " well, if anyone needed any more proof that he is a narcissistic communist bastard, here it is; and if this don't convince you then you are a hopeless moron".
Yes, that is right, christmas ornaments on the white house tree with chairman Mao's face. Christmas ornaments on the white house tree with chairman Zero's face pasted pn mt. Rushmore. Read it and weep or read it and gag.

While we slept by Feed your ADHD

I am reposting this because I could not express what I am feeling any better. Dr. Dave, aka Snarky Basterd, already did the work for us.
Feed Your ADHD: while we F****** slept.

While we slept this morning, the real mobsters, the ones dishing out and accepting bribes in the District of Criminals, completely fucked our country along straight party lines (60-39) … with the first vote on Christmas Eve in more than a century.
Atlas just shrugged.
And the funny thing is, we didn’t sleep. We marched on our capitol buildings during the spring, leading up to TEA Party day on April 15. We screamed during townhall meetings and at local Congressional and Senate offices all summer long. We marched on Washington a million-plus strong in September. We stormed Congressional offices in the fall. We added more than a million signatures to a petition to Congress to stop this madness. We phoned and we blogged and we emailed and we snail mailed and we faxed and we twittered and we bled patriotism, pleading with them:
STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND USE YOUR LAST BRAIN CELL TO COME TO YOUR SENSES.
And they didn’t hear a fucking thing.
I don’t know how much more awake we could have been. I don’t know how much louder we could have screamed. I don’t know how many more ways we could have made our opposition known.
In the end, it didn’t matter. They think they know better than us. And now it’s done.
And that’s fine. Let them have their perceived notion of power. Let them slink back home for Christmas and get drunk on the stinking fumes of their “victory.” Let them dance wildly in the shimmery mirage of the “history” they’ve made.
Because now the real fight begins. The fight for November 2010 and 2012 and every forthcoming election thereafter. The fight to send these fuckers back to their homes, tattered and broken, never to be heard from again.
Be bloody angry. Let it burn in you. Let it harden your resolve. Use it to carry on and maintain your focus. Keep it close and keep it ready for when you need it, for when it will be your time to have your voice truly heard.
Get out your checkbooks and give to the organizations that will try to stop this un-Constitutional legislation in the courts. Beat the bushes and find real conservative candidates who are truly willing to honor the Constitution and write them checks and speak out on their behalf.
Then, when the time comes, scream so loudly with your finger in the voting booth that the Socialists will be shocked when the 7 p.m. newscasts declare them extinct.
We’re coming for you, fatcats. Enjoy your good times. Your days of thievery are done. Forever.

Plan For Obama Care written by a Felon

Big h/t to Blackandgoldfan here

http://therightstuffbng.blogspot.com/2009/12/healthscare-felons-creation.html

Obamascare: A Felon's Creation

Big Government.com is now breaking the news that the game plan followed by the Dems to get socialized medicine passed was authored by a federal felon.

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) has pushed for a public option within the healthcare debate. Now meet her husband, Robert Creamer.

From biggovernment.com:
Rep. Schakowsky’s husband, Robert Creamer, used to be the leader of Citizen Action/Illinois. He also founded its predecessor, Illinois Public Action, in which Ms. Schakowsky served as Program Director. He runs a political consulting firm, the Strategic Consulting Group, which lists ACORN and the SEIU among its clients and which made $541,000 working for disgraced former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich.

Creamer resigned from Citizen Action/Illinois after the FBI began investigating him for bank fraud and tax evasion at Illinois Public Action. He was convicted in 2006 and sentenced to five months in federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana, plus eleven months of house arrest.

Now while Creamer was in prison, he wrote a book titled Listen to Your Mother: Stand Up Straight! How Progressives Can Win (Seven Locks Press, 2007). In it he outlines how to get socialized medicine rammed down the throats of the American people.

The ten points outlined by Creamer:

“We must create a national consensus that health care is a right, not a commodity; and that government must guarantee that right.”
“We must create a national consensus that the health care system is in crisis.”
“Our messaging program over the next two years should focus heavily on reducing the credibility of the health insurance industry and focusing on the failure of private health insurance.”
“We need to systematically forge relationships with large sectors of the business/employer community.”
“We need to convince political leaders that they owe their elections, at least in part, to the groundswell of support of [sic] universal health care, and that they face political peril if they fail to deliver on universal health care in 2009.”
“We need not agree in advance on the components of a plan, but we must foster a process that can ultimately yield consensus.”
“Over the next two years, we must design and organize a massive national field program.”
“We must focus especially on the mobilization of the labor movement and the faith community.”
“We must systematically leverage the connections and resources of a massive array of institutions and organizations of all types.”
“To be successful, we must put in place commitments for hundreds of millions of dollars to be used to finance paid communications and mobilization once the battle is joined.”
That was easy, wasn't it? Think about all the games played by the Dems in this battle of socialist proportions. They've followed this almost step-by-step.

More on this story will be hitting the web soon. Please read the article at biggovernment.com. It speaks volumes.

Btw....Schlakowsky and Creamer were in attendance at the "crashed" State Dinner. Could it be another political quid pro quo?

Russ Carnahan, Healthcare, SEIU Union Shill, Unfit For Washington

With a Big Hat Tip to STL tea party where much of this post came from, Here is a list of reasons that Russ Carnahan, along with the rest of the Carnahan Ilk need ran out of Missouri.

After Russ Carnahan’s SEIU thugs severely beat a conservative  the Congressman issued a statement  blaming the victim, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:

Carnahan issued a statement after the Thursday night’s forum, saying:

Black Power“Sadly we’ve seen stories about disrupters around the country, and we have a handful of them here in Missouri. Instead of participating in a civil debate, they have mobilized with special interests in Washington who have lined their pockets by overcharging Americans for a broken health care system.”

Carnahan’s shameful opportunism and inhuman disregard for the safety and health of Kenneth Gladney is beneath contempt.  His lies about the impetus and leadership of this movement are approaching libel.

Russ Carnahan is unfit for Congress.  He has disgraced the city of St. Louis, and the state of Missouri by using radical tactics to intimidate ordinary citizens who dare to disagree with his lord and master his high Barackness and her eminent Lordship Pelosi.

Russ Carnahan voted for a $750 Billion stimulus bill that he never read, promising that the bill would arrest unemployment at under 8 percent.  Unemployed is now 9.8 percent.

Russ Carnahan voted put thousands of Missouri small businesses out of business through Cap and Trade.

Russ Carnahan has sided with criminal union thugs over an innocent black man who was beaten, in part, because of his race.

Russ Carnahan was one of the Three Doucheketeers from Missouri along with Cleaver and Clay who voted for Nationalized Pelosi Healthcare.

Carnahan SSEIU

Full Details from multiple sources here : Russ Carnahan SEIU Gladney Beating Details and more here I am Kenneth Gladney, basics of the incident are below:

ON August 6, 2009 at Rep. Russ Carnahan's town hall meeting in South St. Louis County. Kenneth was approached by an SEIU representative as Kenneth was offering "Don't Tread on Me" flags to those exiting the gathering. The SEIU representative demanded to know why a black man was handing out these flags. The SEIU member used a racial slur against Kenneth, then :punched him in the face. Kenneth fell to the ground. Another SEIU member yelled racial epithets at Kenneth as he kicked him in the head and back. Kenneth was also attacked by one other male SEIU member and a woman. The three men were clearly SEIU members, as they were wearing T-shirts with the SEIU logo.

Help Me Unseat Russ Carnahan in 2010!
