Capitol Hill bluffing

Everyday now I keep hearing about(dirty) Harry Reid or Nancy(botox) Pelosi promising a vote on health care. Yet behind closed doors where nobody can really see who is doing what, they are not voting on the proposed healthcare destruction concept (there is no real bill after all). Now you tell me, with the speed in which Porkulus, Tarp, and every other legisaltive monstrosity was forced down our throats. Why they delay now Mr Senate Majority leader, Mrs.Speaker of the House? Why do you keep moving these votes forward a week or two every week. Is it because you don't have the votes to get what you really want passed? Is it because you have twisted so many arms that the less liberal side of your party sees whuppin stick the American people are ready to put on you starting next tuesday which is almost mini "Super Tuesday" in a presidential year and you are likely to lose 2 of the 3 newsworthy elections? I think you are grandstanding. I think you are bluffing. You don't have the votes to get passed what those who funnel your money to you want, and you don't want to tell them that as it would be political suicide. The fact is, I am enjoying watching you squirm, wiggle, and try to herd unicorns up to Capitol Hill to get the votes you need to pass a total government takeover of the health care system. The people don't want it and no matter how many fake polls you put out can change that fact. Now we are quickly moving into campaign season and you are going to have to go to your awakened constituency and campaign on what you have done. Today Pelosi rolled out a "New healthcare bill" that has a "weaker" public option to woo support of moderate DemocRATS. They can pass this in the House, but with Lieberman promising to support a Republican Filibuster in the Senate, this means nothing. Nothing but an angered voting populus both next week and next year. In a time when Dems are so desperate not to lose VA to a Republican for the first time in 8 years, and there is a good chance that an independent conservative could win a congressional seat in a tiny district in New York, you have shown stupidity above and beyond what even I thought possible by rolling this out today. You are losing these races because you overreached, and so right before "mini Super Tuesday" you overreach again???? I'm sure glad your'e not smart because if you were, you would have played "moderate" until the midterms were over, and the economy was bouncing back, then went after your communist agenda. You probably would have gotten it through then with moderate and independent support but instead, you went for the biggest overreach and power grab in American history. There is an old analogy that goes the greater you rise, the harder you fall. and I see a very hard fall coming on the horizon.
