Should this guy have to pay for an extra seat? Think about it, he is taking up two seats, his extra weight is causing the plane to use extra fuel, and the extra weight puts stress on the airframe causing expensive maintenance sooner than otherwise would be necessary. This is simply a question of Capitalism, right? Remember, the airline companies are in business to make money and there is no constitutional right to fly.
