PAT: Barney Frank, it is now coming out Barney Frank was there when his partner was arrested for possession of pot. I guess they were growing, not necessarily they. It was the partner who was arrested. Barney Frank was standing on the front porch when police arrived and his partner was arrested. But he didn't, he didn't know it was pot because ‑‑ do we have that audio, Sarah? Let's play that. Because there was ‑‑ they were discussing this I believe on CNN with Wolf Blitzer yesterday, and apparently Barney had no idea what was going on. Do you have that sound?

use, quote, he is not a great outdoorsman. So you ask why would a congressman bring that up? Well, it turns out the Massachusetts Democrat was on hand when his partner was arrested for pot possession back in 2007. "The Boston Globe" reports Frank was on the front porch of James Ready's home in Maine when police found marijuana plants in the backyard. Now, Frank says he did not see the plants and he wouldn't know what they were anyway. Who knew that only outdoorsy types know a marijuana plant when they see it. So would you know a marijuana plant when you saw one?
VOICE: I'm not sure I would, though. If I can smell it, I think I know what it would smell like but I'm not sure.
VOICE: How would you know?
VOICE: Let's check in with Lou Dobbs. He's got a lot coming up on this story at the top of the hour. You could smell a marijuana, Lou, but you probably wouldn't recognize a plant. Am I right or wrong?
DOBBS: Well, you are dead wrong. I would recognize it rather readily. I think that we've got to give Barney Frank great credit for ‑‑ I love the fact that he said he's not an outdoorsman. I mean, that's funny as it can be. Thanks a lot. By the way, you and Jessica bowed out of that just in time.
PAT: Jeez, I wouldn't know a marijuana plant. Marijuana? I thought that was just something I needed to put some roundup on. I thought that was some sort of weed. Wait, not a weed, no. That's not what I meant. I meant I thought that was a daisy or a daffodil or some Dieffenbachia or something. That's all I thought that was. I didn't know it. I don't even go out ‑‑ I've never been outside. I don't even know what outside is. I live only indoors. I'm an indoorsman. What a lame and

pathetic excuse, I wouldn't know what it looked like because I'm not a great outdoorsman. If this was Glenn Beck and he was standing on, you know ‑‑ I mean, we're not partners. We're just, we're friends. But if he was standing on my front porch when I was arrested for pot possession, do you think that would be on the front page of every newspaper in America? I think so. I think the bloggers might have something to say about it. I think MSNBC might have "Worst person in the world" night after night after night. I think they might have something to say about that. But for Barney Frank I guess it's not a problem. He didn't know anything about it when his partner ‑‑ is this the same guy who was running the bordello out of Barney's house, out of his apartment? Or is this a different guy? I mean, what is it when Barney Frank and his felonious partners?
This goes on and on and on. Now I know very well what pot plants look like and for good reason. I tend to think that most of you do to. It's not hard to spot, and smells stronger growing than when smoked. If you weren't aware of that one, trust me on that as I know. I can't wait till Fox News gets a hold of this one. Unfortunately there's this little terrorist thing going on right now that is a tad more important but I guarantee Fox will raise a bigger stink about this than the stink coming from the pot Barney had been smoking before he came up with that excuse!
